Next Sunday, January 27th, is World Leprosy Day. Over the last several years we have partnered with effect: hope to raise funds to help those who have leprosy. Through our gifts over the next two Sundays, (January 27th & February 3rd) we can give hope, courage and dignity and truly change the lives of the children, women and men who have this devastating disease! Broken vessels made whole by the power of God’s Spirit. Mark your envelope “Love Offering – Leprosy.”
Notice of Members’ Meeting
A Business Meeting of the members of Grace Baptist Church will be held at the church on Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 10:30 am to 10:45 am for the purpose of giving an important update on the parking lot. As has been previously reported, four contractors have submitted bids for the parking lot expansion:
Morris Shelswell & Sons - $736,286.50
D. Crupi & Sons - $942,504.81
Kembic Construction - $967,587.00
Four Brothers Construction - $1,352,265.00
Please continue to pray for God’s guidance in this process. The short meeting will be held in between services, so it is crucial that children are picked up promptly from the nursery and junior church right after the 9:00 am service. All members are asked to make an extra effort to be seated promptly so that we have quorum to start right at 10:30 am.
