Quality leaders are vital to the health of any church, but it’s the members of the church that provide the environment in which healthy leaders can develop and thrive. This message looks at the support, accountability, and preparation needed to ensure strong leadership.

The church relates to one another as family and bears the burdens of those who are most vulnerable. But compassion needs to be informed by discernment. This message looks at when helping hurts and how to know when to help and how.

Timothy is a young guy in an old man’s world. It’s easy for him to feel overwhelmed by the challenges, and people are spreading lies and causing division. What can he do? And what difference will it make? This message looks at the help God gives and the direction He points us in when life feels like too much.
